Once an order has been successfully placed you will receive a Order Confirmation email. In addition, you can check the status of a confirmed order by clicking the orange ORDER HISTORY button at the top right.
All orders placed with your account can be found by clicking the orange ORDER HISTORY button at the top right of the website. Order history can also be found in your profile page.
An order can be cancelled if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Due to the efficient and speedy ordering process, many orders begin production the day they are received.
User accounts are tied to specific properties. If you do not see a property in your account please submit a request to your MAA manager.
Depending on the products ordered, it is possible they will arrive to you in multiple shipments. Orders can be fulfilled from multiple locations thus multiple shipments at varying times.
Certain items that are in a higher weight class or require special packaging will incur a special handling fee.
Each order will have a flat $12.00 Handling Fee plus a Shipping Cost. Estimated shipping costs shown at checkout will be reviewed and updated according to this chart. Shipping Rates are determined by the total dollar amount of an order.

$20 - $49 = $15.95
$50 - $99 = $17.95
$100 - $149 = $23.95
$150 - $199 = $27.95
$200 - $249 = $31.95
$250 - $499 = $42.95
$500 - $749 = 10%
$750 - $999 = 11%
$1,000+ = 12%
