Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, we offer a 5-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to additional fees to cover return shipping and restocking.
Fees for Exchanges:
- For exchanges involving apparel size changes, any additional costs due to size differences will be applied to the order.
- All exchanges incur a $15 restocking fee + Return Shipping costs.
- In addition to the restocking fee, there will be a new Handling Fee ($12) plus shipping costs that will apply. Shipping costs will be determined based on the shipping matrix.
Non-Returnable Items:
- All sales are final on items listed under the "Sale" category. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
Eligibility for Returns:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, or incorrect items in your order, please notify us within the 5-day window, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
